New vehicle which is a year old is great. Service department for routine 10k mile service was disappointing. Took over three hours even though they were aware I was waiting. Also learned upon Service department for routine 10k mile service was disappointing. Took over three hours even though they were aware I was waiting. Also learned upon arrival that they would have picked up the car which would have been nice to know before I got there given I live 120 miles away. More
