We appreciate the opportunity however a deposit should have never been made to reserve an incoming vehicle with terms not fully agreed upon. We do not reserve vehicles unless both parties are in full agreement on stated terms to provide transparency. This situation could have been avoided if the vehicle of interest was not reserved and waited for it to arrive and if was still available to have the trade in value assessed at that time.
