Absolutely no hassle. We were greeted pleasantly (Peter) and referred to a salesman (Elmer). We explained what we wanted and Elmer responded that he understood and had just the car for us. No pressure to sell up or to push he wanted to sell rather than what we wanted to buy. It was by far the best auto buying experience we have ever had. We're both in our 70's so that covers a lot of ground. After selecting the auto we were refered to the finance department (Jeff) and the experience was equally pleasant. Again we explained what we wanted and he delivered 100% We picked up the car today and again everything was exactly as promised. We dealt with a different finance person (Brian?) He knew all about the transaction and completed it perfectly. I most appreciated Langway's willingtness to accept a personal check without certification. It saved a lot of running around. Finally, Langway is my car dealer - period. I will continue to drive Ford products and purchase them from Langway. I have already started to recommend Langway to anyone who will listen and intend to continue. More

Mike programmed my phone into the sync system and went over how everything worked. This was the easiest car buying experience we ever had. Have recommended Mike and everyone at Langway Ford to everyone we talk to. They have even called me a few times to see if there were any issues with the vehicle. They are all fantastic.
