Jennifer Dubos in the service department, went above and beyond to get the information I requested. I couldn’t remember when my service plan and points expired. I had a service department experience. Bert was the absolute best!! He made sure above and beyond that my service issues were addressed efficiently and professionally!! Made an appointment online for 730 drop off 11 am pick up for an oil change. They called at 740 to upsell other services before they even looked at the truck. I then Show up at 11 and they knew nothing of t for an oil change. They called at 740 to upsell other services before they even looked at the truck. I then Show up at 11 and they knew nothing of the pickup time said it doesn’t show in their system. They looked the truck over about 815 then didn’t touch it after that. Communication from them is very limited. Ended up taking them 5 plus hours to do just an oil change 2 plus hours was after they knew I was waiting and the truck was on a lift. Which is why I couldn’t take it. More
