Jeffrey, I am sorry that you feel that our team is not living up to your expectations. You brought in your 2005 Dodge Ram with 180,000 miles on it, very rusty as it is 17 years old. As we were performing your state inspection and testing the parking brake which is part of the inspection, one of the lines let go because they were rotted. We showed you by photo as well as in person when you were here with your wife. While you both were here your wife commented that you were being unreasonable as your truck is in rough condition. Our service manager Jim, talked with you and was trying to help you and offered to cover the labor and get you the parts at our cost. We scheduled you an appointment, and you never brought your vehicle in. We have been in contact with the attorney general’s office and will continue to keep them informed.
