Peter, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the trouble you've experienced with your vehicle, and we understand how frustrating multiple issues can be. When you first visited us, our team diagnosed a charging system/no start concern which was caused by a seized starter, which we repaired. On your return visit, the new no-start issue was caused by a separate component- the fuel pump failing. While it's uncommon to have two unrelated failures occur close together, it can happen depending on the vehicles' age, mileage and condition. We have also reviewed the phone logs, it does look like Ryan reached out daily, but should've been clearer on the time it would take to complete the repair. Our goal is always to provide clear communication and accurate diagnoses, and we appreciate the opportunity to explain the differences between the two issues.
