I was given an 8:00am appointment so I dropped my vehicle off the night before. I later received my reminder text stating the time change to 9:45am. At 3:30 they got back to me they were just finishing up another vehicle and hoped to get mine in next. The problem was finally being addressed when I arrived at 4:45pm to pick up my vehicle before the service department closed for the day. It took 10 minutes to do a software update and get my electronics functioning properly again! More
