Had to take my vehicle to another dealer to fix a problem. They had my vehicle for over a week and fixed a different problem only for it to return 1 week later, then they told me they would not warr problem. This is our third Hyundai, 2nd Sonata. Mike Said and the finance person were as usual wonderful. Totally painless, drove my car off the lot!!! Yaaay.. Milke found me exactly what I wanted. Had a horrible experience this past month with Inver Grove Hyundai. Bought a car a month ago, they came back to me 3 weeks later asking me for more money.. On top of that when I gave them their car back Grove Hyundai. Bought a car a month ago, they came back to me 3 weeks later asking me for more money.. On top of that when I gave them their car back they had informed me they had sold my car and had no way to get it back. I was promised many things over and over with many different sales people there, and none of them came through. In my opinion they all act like they know everything, but actually know very little. We didn't feel pressured, and appreciated them giving us time to research, sleep on it, then come back the next day. We highly recommend them to others. Even the financing/warranty discussion was enjoyable and transparent. We have never had such a positive experience buying a car, and already plan to buy our next vehicle from them. I went to Inver Grove Hyundai for a new Genesis Coupe. The introduction, test drive, and Q and A went fine, but the visit went downhill on the pricing. They claimed to be offering me the "invoice" price The introduction, test drive, and Q and A went fine, but the visit went downhill on the pricing. They claimed to be offering me the "invoice" price for the car and stressed what a great deal that was. However, a quick search on the website for a nearby dealer (Morries Hyundai) found the exact same car for $700 less. This means either Inver Grove is paying too much for their cars, Morries is taking a bath, or the "invoice" price was not really the lowest price they could offer. I was also quoted a trade in for my Audi A4 of $13,500 (including an extra $500 coupon from the dealer). The KBB value was $14000 or more. I turned down the offer and went to Morries instead which offered me $14,300, an $800 improvement, and I bought the Coupe. I don't think Inver Grove was very transparent and was more interested in playing games than getting me in a car. It cost them a sale as a result. The inventory at Inver Grove is fine but if you decide to get a car there, do your homework first as they may try to cash in at your expense! More

They can both be trusted to provide me accurate and fair information, never trying to "oversell" but r sales side provide excellent customer service. I went to Inver Grove Hyundai to look for a new car, I told them what I wanted to spend and what I wanted my payments to be. I expected the usual car dealer/salesman BS and boy was I surprised. They went above and beyond what I expected, they weren't pushy or egotistical at all. My salesman, Thomas Robinson, was awesome! he was so nice and funny and warm that I felt like I made a new friend. Sunny from finance was also really nice and friendly and everything went very smoothly. I can't say enough good things about this dealership, you must experience it for yourself! I'm telling everyone I know to go there next time they buy a car. More
