Love my new car! On July 31,2015 I went into the dealer to meet with Vicki Dubay who did an outstanding job bending over backwards to get me into a new vehicle!! :) I On July 31,2015 I went into the dealer to meet with Vicki Dubay who did an outstanding job bending over backwards to get me into a new vehicle!! :) I left with a 2016 hyundai elantra and I love it! The whole buying experience went smoothly and Vicki, who is amazing at her job, explained everything and was there by my side the whole way. The only reason I did not give the dealership itself a 5 star is because while we did paperwork, Vicki expected the service department to get my car ready, detail, etc so when we were done with paperwork we could leave. The service dept didn't even touch the car so bless her heart Vicki detailed the car herself! I give Vicki a 5 star rating for sure! Thanks again for this amazing service and experience Vicki! More

I had already spoken to Vicki and was excited to meet this enthusiastic, up-beat firecracker. Vicki greeted me with the same enthusiasm she had during our phone conversation. I tried to convince her she was wasting her time. There was NO WAY I could afford a new car; and, even if I could afford it, I didn't have that kind of cash. A little Drawn out for the purchase but nothing unexpected I had been shopping for a particular car for a while and finally it was time to actually look at the cars. I knew this probably was what I would get b I had been shopping for a particular car for a while and finally it was time to actually look at the cars. I knew this probably was what I would get but of course had to check others out. This Camry was the best deal even with the few small issues. My only complaint was the usual back and forth when I made an offer on the car. To me this practice at many dealerships is unfair to the buyer and the salesman especially when one comes in well informed and with facts, pricing and knowledge. I would have preferred rather than the back and forth the sales manager just stop by the desk so we could discuss it and things would have gone faster. Adam was good to work initially, he was busy when I came back and turned me over to Thomas to finish the sale and he knew right away what we had to do. I knew the car needed a few things and by end of next week the car should be like new again with Inver Grove Hyundai making a good deal and me getting and knowing exactly what I bought. More
