My F-150 was in the shop for two weeks for major transmission and engine work. Allen kept me informed throughout the entire process. The one complaint I would have is regarding my Interstate reward points. I purchased the Expedition at Interstate in 2020 and got enrolled in your points program. I have saved up points to use for savings on my service there. There seems to be very little knowledge as to the points program. I was told it was discontinued 2-3 years ago, however I earned points as recently as September 2024. Art did take $25 off my service, but I had enough points in my account for $150 off a service visit. More
