Sales team experience is typical that of a dealership: Dishonest. Service team views customers as an interaction to be tolerated. I had a disappointing experience with the service I received from Jenna. During my visit, she asked if I wanted my tires rotated, which I agreed to. However, when my truck was returned, she told me eve received from Jenna. During my visit, she asked if I wanted my tires rotated, which I agreed to. However, when my truck was returned, she told me everything was “all set” without mentioning that the tire rotation had not actually been completed. I had to ask after watching them work on my truck and me noticing it wasn’t done. Jenna denied checking me in and when she noticed her mistake she said “oh I guess I did”’ When I questioned this, her response was dismissive, and she even rolled her eyes, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Clear communication and basic customer service go a long way, and unfortunately, this interaction fell short on both. I was sent to a tire shop by Jeff who tried to resolve the issue. The tire shop didn’t do the rotation correctly and I now have to go back tomorrow. I bought two new vehicles from interstate and I can’t even get a basic service I had already paid for. I spoke with the owner and he was very kind. However I can’t return for service at this time due to the way I was treated. I have spent over $150,000 there over 3 years and I feel like a tire rotation is a basic request. Jenna was rude when she checked me in and acted like I was bothering her. More

The oil change and tire rotation seems to have been done properly, however they did not reset my oil life meter and it appears that they put someone else's reminder sticker on my windshield... I have 4700 m properly, however they did not reset my oil life meter and it appears that they put someone else's reminder sticker on my windshield... I have 4700 miles on my pickup and it is telling me I need to come back at 45550 miles... If they are not paying attention to the little thigs, what else are they not paying attention too... More
