This time we had no good experience. Ano passado tivemos boa experiência na compra de nosso infinit fx35, esse ano pensávamos que seria igual, mas nos enganamos. Trocamos nosso carro que era completo porém estava pequeno devido estarmos com baby agora. E infelizmente não estamos satisfeitos com o carro que pegamos devido os problemas que já tivemos com o carro: 1) de cara não passou inspeção por causa de problema de lanterna. 2) o carro morreu em pleno sinal estávamos com compras de mercado e um bebê e nos pediram para tentarmos fazer funcionar e irmos para a oficina, no meio do caminho o carro parou novamente. Dai o mecânico foi até nosso encontro e nos ajudou a conduzir o carro. Lá ficamos esperando um uber que pediram pra nós tivemos problema c/ uber em não querer ir até onde estávamos e então pediram um segundo uber. Nosso carro ficou na oficina porque não tinham a peça, não nos deram um carro reserva de imediato, no outro dia após eu enviar um tx pro vendendor ele veio a conseguir um carro reserva. 3) agora o carro não fecha o sistema de pedal pra subir no carro, o qual nos informaram que trocarão e que estava novinho, mas não nos mostraram a nota da devida troca. 4) e por ultimo também estamos observando que ao ligarmos o carro, está dando um barulho na ingnição Infelizmente não tivemos sorte com a aquisição feita na InnMan desta vez. Amanhã iremos novamente vê o que eles podem fazer para fixar esses problemas, e esperamos que dessa vez realmente seja feito tudo o que o carro precisa. Acho que a melhor opção talvez será cancelar a comprar e reter meu antigo carro de volta, uma vez que é a segunda vez que tenho esse tipo de experiência com dealer brasileiro, e na primeira vez me recordo que ao contar para um gerente da Toyota o que estava se passando, ele se encarregou de me explicar sobre a lei que rege o estado e me ajudou a colocar o dealer em um hard time com a justiça. Somos imigrantes porém temos nossos direitos como consumidores e nem todos conhecem seus direitos e recorrem a eles. Graças a Deus não fiquei no prejuízo e espero dessa vez também não ficar. More

Drove 1 1/2 hours each way and was offered a ridiculous financing deal, after spending about 10 minutes with the sales person Paulo, and then told to go back and take my deal with Herb Chambers..literally?Nice way to spend my Saturday afternoon, don't be misled by their guaranteed financing tactics. Herb Chambers is the real deal. Didn't even take a moment to offer me another vehicle, incredibly poor sales tactic. More
