My husband purchased his car, from the beginning they promised to deliver their customer service assisting with multiple needs. If the car had issues, and if there was ever any paperwork that was to be d promised to deliver their customer service assisting with multiple needs. If the car had issues, and if there was ever any paperwork that was to be done they would resolve. The cars panel started to light up after weeks of purchase (tire pressure, engine light, oil light etc). The car was brought back to the dealership more than 5x with no other options besides a scan to see if there was any issues. We ended up returning the car and resolving it with the bank. It's been a month since we returned and they still have not cancelled the plates. We call leave messages no return. I feel like they just wanted to sell cars and have their end all set and careless about the customer when its time to resolve an ongoing issue. I don't recommend this store. They need to prioritize their customers, resolve issues, and offer options like many other companies do. More
