Had to wait 3 Days just to get my keys for the vehicle i purchased. And still have to wait at the dealership on the day of pick up when all I was told is they need to put gas in. Worst service ever! No COMMUNICATION!! Especially from Tony Guerreo (shop manager). I know about his life more than my vehicle that never got fixed. Just a misdiagnosis No COMMUNICATION!! Especially from Tony Guerreo (shop manager). I know about his life more than my vehicle that never got fixed. Just a misdiagnosis of a transmission replacement when it was a brake issue. I hope the dealer realizes they hired the wrong guy for the interim position that he currently is working hard for. He shouldn’t tell customers about how unfortunate his life is and while his staff told me he was vacation most of the time in Puerto Rico. This is why this dealership will lose customers. I hope this gets his bosses attention or Mr. Benson himself sees how incompetent he is. More

Worst experience ever, service manager and assistant service manager kept lying and dis not do their work, they brush you away, they don’t want honor the warranty they provided, and confirmed by the man service manager kept lying and dis not do their work, they brush you away, they don’t want honor the warranty they provided, and confirmed by the manufacturer, dishonesty is their theme, lack of integrity can be seen. I had to do all the paperwork and photos myself to get the work done, after 2 months of going back and forth. They only care about how much money they can take out of your pockets, unethical dealership and so unprofessional. Will never go back to that dealership ever again More
