I had time was I was there for 5 hours. I spoke to customer service that day and they informed me you were on a conference call. I told them if you cared enough you would find me that I would not ask again. I spoke to the service manager the following day and he has handled my grievances. Thanks for reaching out, this rating could have been avoided if there had been concern at the proper time and not when poor ratings were earned.
