I want to thank Nick for using factory diagnostics and finding out what was causing my problems with the starter on my 2015 CR-V. The repair was expensive, but not exorbitant. Having had the auto for nearly seven years now without too many problems, I feel fortunate that I've only had this and my brakes replaced. It doesn't quite match my record with my 1998 Odyssey with I had for 16 years and 350,000 miles, but it is a good start. More

This is the second time I have been sent a survey, I completed one shortly after our purchase. The only complaint I have is that I don’t understand why it takes so long to complete a cash purchase. It’s not like we were financing, the numbers are pretty cut and dry, however it still took over an hour to complete. I’ve done both financing and cash purchase before and the time it takes to wrap these up is enough to make a person change their mind about buying a car. I think I even said that to the finance guy and I wasn’t kidding about being ready to leave! If I were to suggest anything, it would be that, step up the amount of time for paperwork and closing a deal! More
