Was told they ordered a new rim and it was in and ready to be installed on my van and would take only 30 min. When she got there for the scheduled appointment. I paid for the tire and rim warranty and was lied to on how it works. I don’t know that I will ever buy another vehicle from them. I will let people know that they say one thing about the warranty and it’s nowhere close to what actually happens. More
