One time made an appointment for 8 am, and they didn't start car until 10:45 am. Last time I took car in, mechanic misunderstood issue and only added brake fluid. Took it in for brake light flashing whe start car until 10:45 am. Last time I took car in, mechanic misunderstood issue and only added brake fluid. Took it in for brake light flashing when nothing was in front of me. To top it off, had to go back cause dash temp on radio wouldn't display. Took back to dealer and service rep reset system, which deleted all xm radio settings. Had to work with xm to get account to work and store stations. Had to work on computer to get stations back. That took longer than driving back a second time and waiting for car. More

Sales was good on the day of the purchase, but after was horrible. I paid $800 extra for Scotchgard that wasn't dried properly, and started to mold my seats. Have a warranty that's not being honored. Service is horrible, have a 3 year extended warranty and the car had a problem with a electric sensor when I bought it. The back tail light was taking on water, I drove it to service was told it was safe to drive until later on and the car broke down 45min away. Had to pay for the tow, they kept my car fr 4mo, didn't do an oil change on it nothing. It was a huge fight to even get them to use the warranty. Sales sent me home with the original paperwork and only cared about the day I brought money to them. I'm a single woman and had never purchased a new vehicle before on my own. I definitely would not recommend this dealership. Also.their receptionist act annoyed when you call, they just put to ppls voicemails as ND you never gate a call back. Went IndyHonda and it was amazing service! More
