They were inefficient in handling the c Needed to get a 2nd key made for a 2012 Honda Civic Si. Waited in line at the parts counter for over 15 mins. They were inefficient in handling the customers in front of us and appeared to be in no rush to get to us. They then told us that we had to go to the Service department to get a key made. Went over there and the first thing we were asked is if we had an appointment? To get a key made, really? Then they informed us that the earliest appointment they could make for us was 5 days away! Now this was late on a Friday and there was a holiday in addition to a Sunday in between, but still...... how long can it take to make a key? As we were leaving (without making an appointment) we said that we would just have to go somewhere else to get it made. The comment back was that this could only be done at a Honda dealer. Turns out that was not true. We found a locksmith that could make one and did so in about 15 minutes. He even gave us the option of a key without the remote capabilities for $70 or one with the remote capabilities for $140. We took the lower cost option as this was to be a backup key. I doubt that the Honda dealer would have given us that choice or that their price would have been as low. Tempted to call and ask how much it would cost (didn't even bother to ask after being told about the need for a future appointment). The new key works great and serves it's purpose....... and it was made by someone other than a Honda dealer. These dealerships need to quit ripping people off for keys and stop spreading false information about the capabilities of other available options to get a key made. More

My First Honda I started my car search from the Honda Federal Credit Union and they recommended Indy Honda as one of the dealers that they partner with. Jeremy promp I started my car search from the Honda Federal Credit Union and they recommended Indy Honda as one of the dealers that they partner with. Jeremy promptly called the credit union back right away and set things in motion. I called on Friday to tell them what I was looking for and by Saturday they had located the car and had it at their dealer all ready. I've never had any dealership staff keep me updated using their personal cellphones until now. I was promptly greeted when I arrived and had someone point me in the right direction. Conor was the sales associate that took care of me and gave me the complete tour of the car. The buying experience was great and everything was explained if I had any questions. More

Quick and easy. Inquired about the 2017 Honda Civic online via USAA, Gabbi contacted me within 24 hours about coming to look at the car. Told her I wasn’t able to tell her when I’d come in because I didn’t have a vehicle. They didn’t harass me or blow up my phone which was nice. Gabbi put me in contact with Scott upon arrival to dealership. Negotiating was quick and painless as was the doing the paperwork. Overall quick, easy and highly professional staff at this place. More

Bob with New Car Sales was extremely helpful and answered all the questions we had! He was not a pushy salesman and he did not waste our time (which was highly important in that we had our 4 year old and 1 year old with us). Everything went smoothly and quickly!! Our family drove away very happy and pleased with our new civic! We will definitely be coming back to see Bob when it is time to upgrade my vehicle. More
