Ryan’s attitude and listening skills are hard to come by in this industry. It seems like you have to jump through hoops to get others to provide the most basic info, but luckily people like Ryan make the process an easy task. While I did not purchase this vehicle due to the timing of events, I do wish more employees had the same kind of attitude and people skills that Ryan’s got. Being polite and listening to the customer is a lost art it seems. Thank you Ryan for being a standout. More

Good Used Car Experience Came in to Indy Honda because I saw a good price on a used Odyssey and had been looking for some time. Mike showed me the stock (which I saw on Indy Came in to Indy Honda because I saw a good price on a used Odyssey and had been looking for some time. Mike showed me the stock (which I saw on Indy Honda’s good website), and the car I saw online was even nicer looking than I thought. Was there on my lunch hour, but decided to get the car anyways and Mike and the team put together everything in an hour or two. I finished up paperwork and payment the next day. Mike and the team was professional, pleasant and efficient. Mike even came in on his off day to help me take delivery of the car. Of note was that I found this dealer to have better integrity than other dealers, who let me drive to their dealership, just to tell me that the car I was interested in was already sold. Indy Honda was the only dealership that I know was holding Odysseys back from being sold while the recalls were being addressed. More
