Used Vehicle We bought a 2009 Chrystler Town and County van from Bob Rohrman Indy Honda 2 weeks ago and only drove it 7 times when the car broke down! A Chrystler We bought a 2009 Chrystler Town and County van from Bob Rohrman Indy Honda 2 weeks ago and only drove it 7 times when the car broke down! A Chrystler service center diagnosed the issue as a complete Transmission Failure, which will cost as much as the Van is worth to repair. After talking to the Used Car Manager, Indy Honda refused to help in any way, responding that we bought the Van "as is" and to the best of their knowledge, they sold us a great vehicle. I understand the Van was used, but the lack of ethics by accepting no responsibility after we trustef you with our business, is completely dishonest. After this unprofessionalism and lack of ethics, I will make sure everyone I know does not buy from them, including a wide range of connections from businesses like Corteva Agriscences, Dow Agriscences, Duke Energy and other organizations throughout Indianapolis. More

Through every step in the process, my options and the expectations for me have been thoroughly explained. I have not been pressured, but instead have been given information that has consistently enabled me to buy the right vehicle for myself and my kids. Furthermore, even though all of my Hondas (Odyssey, Pilot, Civic, Civic SI, Accord, Accord Sport, CRV, and Ridgeline) have been extremely reliable, I have them regularly serviced at the dealership because of their fair prices and outstanding customer service.
