There was no strong-arm attempt to get me to purchase as Sarah was told I would be visiting other dealerships. Afterwards, we went nearby to a competitor, where I have bought/leased cars for the past 25 years, and found a model that looked very good. But, after comparing it to a Civic that was interesting at Indy Honda, a decision was made to return there and talk with Sarah. She led me through the entire process, and was most effective in making me a deal I found most acceptable. I thought the entire experience working with Sarah and Indy Honda overall was very easy, and there is no doubt in the future I will consider coming back for my future auto purchases. I would highly recommend them to anyone for their products, their expertise, and friendliness towards their customers. More

Excellent service after the sale Indy Honda did an excellent job troubleshooting a warranty that was a first time issue for them.
