My car went in for the major maintenance checkup. They said it needed new brakes, seal and the battery was almost gone. Wanted to sell me a new battery. The battery was less than a year old. Went in for an oil change and was told the car would be washed when finished, however the car was not washed. What make a customer walk all over the building when she could have picked up the phone and contacted someone before the vehicle was brought around.
