Worst car lot in 30 years I have no axe to grin. These are the facts. I have been to this lot exactly twice a year and a half apart. First time the sales person was rude to mys I have no axe to grin. Second time I reluctantly went back because of a Craigslist ad for a car on their lot. The car was totally misrepresented. Total waste of time. Avoid these guys like a plauge. I have owned many cars over the past 30 years. This is the single worst car lot I have ever visited. They are rude and they out right lie and misrepresent their vehicles to get you to the lot. Avoid. It was very clean, I felt like I was buying the car brand new, but for an affordable price. The staff was helpful when I purchased the vehicle, and when I took it back recently to get it checked out because it was making a funny noise. It was just something loose under the hood, easily fixed for no charge since I was still under warranty. I'd recommend this place to my friends and will definitely go back for my next car. I decided I wanted a new car (didn't want to drive an SUV anymore due to the effects on my wallet at the gas pump) I was so pleased with my first experience that I went back to Imports. So once I had the money saved - I went back and traded in my Lexus for my new car. I am just as pleased with my new purchase as my previous one. There's nothing like getting in a 'new' car everyday!!! More

A day went by and no call so I called and spoke to veteran sales person explaining the no call back and was the truck still available?. He yes and said he would make the offer and call me back in a few minutes. After 4 hours it's obvious they aren't with no cause. Now I am reading all the negative reviews and not surprised. I also found the vehicles to be the nicest and well maintained of all the lots in the area I visited. I ended up buying Toyota that I got at a GREAT! price and after 8 months now of ownership has not given me one problem. I totally recommend Imports to people I know who are looking for a car. More

Very Questionalbe business practices. Like many I read the reviews and considered them closely. People can be fickle so I thought I would make my own observations. I initiated a transaction for a 27 Thousand Mercedes Benz. The customer service representative was very cordial and helpful throughout the process. However, things came to a screeching halt when I wanted to take the vehicle for an inspection, prior to purchase, at the local Mercedes Benz dealership - of which I have done business with in the past. The staff would not allow me to do that. I would only be able to take the vehicle for an inspection at one of their recommended independant shops. Now my momma didn't raise no fool. For a 27 thousand vehicle I am willing to pay a couple of hundred dollars for a full and complete inspection/diagnostic performed by technicians which have the specific knowledge, equipment and diagnostic machines for a thorough work up. Not being allowed to use my own independent certified technician from a certified MB Dealership for an inspection sent up a big RED flag. The deal was done at that point - I walked away. There must have been something about that vehicle that they did not want me to find. I wonder how many other vehicles on the lot are the same way. Please heed my warning. More
