Curtis provided exceptional customer service—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. What really stood out to me was the transparency of the service center. There were no surprises or hidden fees—everything was clearly explained upfront. The team took the time to walk me through the process, provided honest recommendations, and kept me updated throughout. It's rare to find that level of integrity and clarity these days, and it really builds trust. Thanks again to Curtis and the entire Imperial Toyota team for making what could have been a stressful experience into an easy and even enjoyable one.
