Friendly Salesperson, but firm in their advertized prices Emma, our salesperson @DCH, was very friendly. However, the vehicle we went to see @DCH didn't meet our expectations. DCH didn't disclose online that the vehicle had cigarette burn holes in every seat of the vehicle. Even after showing them the cheaper comps of better quality (aka no cig burn holes) RAV4s in the area, they stayed firm in the advertised price. We left w/o buying, but Emma remained very friendly & kept in touch & kept an eye out for any vehicles that matched exactly what we were looking for (we were picky). We ended up buying a RAV4 from another dealer only a few days later so she didn't get much time to look. The RAV4 we bought was the same year, make, model, trim line RAV4 that we looked at at DCH but the one we bought was Certified, w/o burn holes and, most importantly, it was a few thousand less than what DCH was trying to sell theirs for. Emma was great to work with but the vehicle was overpriced. More
