Imperial Subaru

I had to bring my recently purchased new car in, the AC was not working. I had an appointment and after a technician chcked the problem out, I was told that a part was needed. This would be in that aftern was not working. I had an appointment and after a technician chcked the problem out, I was told that a part was needed. This would be in that afternoon after 1:30. The choices were to come back in the afternoon or schedule another day. I asked about a loaner and was told that none were available. They called my house mid-afternoon and I returned to the dealership. The repair was completed and I was home again a little after 5. My only problem is that this repair took all day, as I had to wait for the part to be delivered. Then I had to return my car and wait for the part to be installed. A loaner would have made it easier for service to fix the car and for me, not getting tie up for the whole day.Nikki More

Very easy to schedule my 24,000 mile service on line at a time that was convenient for me. Service took about an hour, no issues found, follow-up video and checklist was sent by text very soon after.
