Service was great !!!!!!!! I was made to feel as if I was the only customer in the Service Center. Joe, the manager, was attentive and helpful. Altho my repairs were covered u I was made to feel as if I was the only customer in the Service Center. Joe, the manager, was attentive and helpful. Altho my repairs were covered under extended warranty I feel I received the same level of attention as if I would end up giving them monies. The loner car while my car was being repaired was invaluable, such a great service perk. More

Many Thanks to Sean Griffin who explained the many options and test drove them with me. He even set up my droid phone to the Blue tooth in my wonderful new Subaru. Many years ago, when my daughter had been driving only 6 months, she was hit (and run) by a truck. Our brand new Subaru was totaled but my daughter did not have a scratch on her (even went to school the next day). Attleboro Police, who responded, told me the car saved her Life! Needless to say I've owned a Subaru ever since! And when she and husband bought their first car after graduate school-guess what-- a Subaru Outback- and 15 years later, I still cart the grandchildren around in it when I visit San Jose. Thanks Patriot- I look forward to many years of routine maintenance but no problems- just like my other Outbacks, and thanks Sean for taking the time to help me with the TECHY stuff! My son ordered his car and my wife and I were so impressed that we traded our GMC for a Subaru. My son's car has recently come in and although he had to wait for his, it was worth it. (I visited another local Subaru dealer and walked around their lot for almost an hour with not so much as a "can I help you"). I had done my research ahead of time and new I wanted an Outback Limited but was open to possibly a Forester. I have driven a 1997 Outback with 200,000+ miles for the last 2 years and absolutely loved it. Chad first took me for a test drive with the Forester which was absolutely beautiful with its panoramic sun roof. Then we took out the Outback which I was absolutely in love with. SOLD. My dreams had finally come true to have a brand new car loaded with accessories. Power everything, dual climate control, heated front and rear seats, and 12 speaker Harmon Kardon stereo and navigation just to mention a few of the amenities. George took care of my financing. All the employees are personable and are full of smiles making for a wonderful car buying experience. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Subaru or used car. Great Buying Experience Searched the Web. Entered what we were interested in. Replies from several Subaru dealers. Some discouraging. Christine of Patriot sent us details abo Searched the Web. Entered what we were interested in. Replies from several Subaru dealers. Some discouraging. Christine of Patriot sent us details about exactly the car we sought. Visited the dealership. James met us at the door, took our info, and brought the car around. (Meanwhile, he arranged for our trade-in to be evaluated.) He explained all, and we both had fine test drives. Price offered fairly good to begin with. (Better than those cited by other dealers who didn't even have the car we were interested in in stock.) We negotiated a bit lower price. We wish it were lower, but we did get the car we wanted. Service people got the car ready as we were passing papers. And we drove away with a new car ca. 3 hours after we arrived. Much better than all-but-one (also excellent) of many previous car buying experiences. More
