I had shaking on the highway at 65 miles an hour and I called and they took me right away and cleaned out the wheel wells of the car and it was better. But they did determine that I need two rear wheel be called and they took me right away and cleaned out the wheel wells of the car and it was better. But they did determine that I need two rear wheel bearings replaced and they gave me a price of $2400+ and so I called a local repair shop and they gave me a price of $954. While I would love to go to the dealership for service, the cost is criminal. The local body shop I am taking the car to replace the wheel bearings has been in business for over 40 years and I have gone to them with other cars so they are incredibly reputable. More

The service was great, but they did not address the initial issue which brought us to the dealership, but they did find additional work that needed to be addressed. Also, we had a remote starter insta initial issue which brought us to the dealership, but they did find additional work that needed to be addressed. Also, we had a remote starter installed by the dealer a year before which would no longer work. The service technicians did not know how to activate it. After searching on the internet, I found that the remote starter would go into a sleep mode if not used for a period of time and just needed to be "woken up". All in all, the service was very professional and plan on using them for future service. More
