He was patient, respectful, and never once made me feel pressured to buy. Instead, he worked with me to find a vehicle and a price that fit within my budget, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. He took the time to walk me through how everything in the vehicle worked, made sure my phone was connected, and followed up afterward to check that everything was still running smoothly. He also offered additional protection plans without being pushy — just giving me the information and letting me decide what felt right for me. This was by far the most comfortable and supportive car-buying experience I've ever had. I’m so grateful to Jacob and the whole team.
