Casey had an amazing amount of patience while I went back and forth on new/used, sale/lease or which color. He was not trying to just sell me a car but to sell me a car I would be excited about. We did not feel a bit of pressure during the purchasing experience, just guidance about what would work best based upon what WE wanted. Can't wait to buy my next one! More

My salesman, Casey, was not only knowledgable, he was also honest and courteous. This guy actually cares about customer service. From the moment I arrived, the Infiniti On Camelback staff blew me away. Even the negotiation process, which is normally a headache, was pleasant. I felt that they were very straight forward. Rather than using the typical pressure sale that I've gotten from other dealers, Richard and Casey provided helpful information about the benefits of buying this car. The finance manager, Duane, was also extremely helpful. He explained all of the services he was selling in detail. When I stopped at Infiniti On Camelback, it was my 3rd dealership that day, at that point I was frustrated, hot, and had not intended to make a purchase. I strongly recommend making this place your first and last stop. Bill Brixy should be proud to have people like Casey and Richard working for him. I will never shop anywhere else. More

After visiting 3 other Infiniti dealers in the area, I felt most comfortable here. I think the reason as they treated me as a true person verses what i drove up in or what i was wearing at the time. Instead of high-end service commensurate with high-end luxury brands like Lexus, what you get is Infiniti on Camelback is the car dealership for you. Instead of high-end service commensurate with high-end luxury brands like Lexus, what you get is amateur hour and a lot of follow-up effort on your part to make them do their job. Meet Dwayne Macek, the Finance Mgr, who sat in the sale mgr office for over an hour BS’ng and then had the audacity to present us with incomplete documents and blank forms to sign, adding an ½ hour to the process to get him to do his job correctly. After the sale, we waited 3 weeks for the license plates. After several calls, I had to insist if not beg Dwayne to follow up with their registration dept. Turns out, they 'forgot' to have the emissions test done on the vehicle which was holding up registration. As compensation, Dwayne was going to send us a gas card for the inconvenience. Did we ever receive the card? No. After talking with Rich Sieck, the sale manager, who assured us that we would be compensated for their mistakes and delay, as well as his commitment to follow up on the Owner’s Manual we were told had been ordered, we never heard from the “sales manager” again. Want service after the sale ? Want an organization to do their job and follow through on their commitments ? Buy Lexus. There’s a reason why Lexus is #1 and it’s not just great cars. Learn from my mistake and buy elsewhere. Otherwise, Caveat Emptor. More

After the purchase I went in to ask for assistance in connecting Bluetooth, and both Brent and Steve assisted me in Casey's absence. Casey even came to my house to assist in connecting the garage door opener in the car to my garage door, and offered to come back if there were any problems. Casey was terrific, and a good representation of the staff at Infiniti on Camelback. More
Having never before purchased an Infiniti I had no experience with this dealership. Because the G37 model was recommended to me by a reliable source I sought more information and details about the car experience with this dealership. I also shopped other car companies and found them to be the typical stereotype of untrustworthy individuals and organizations on an equal level with our congressmen. This was not the case at Infiniti on Camelback. From the onset they met me in the parking lot and then guided me through the information and buying process without pressure. Brent was helpful in pointing out the plus and minus details for each model as it applied to my personal needs. Then the paper work went fairly smoothly with a few hitches but ultimately successful. Finally, Brent helped me personalize my new car and even delivered it to my home and went into the garage to help hook up the car garage door opener. I am very satisfied with my purchase. More
