I originally was interested in an Audi 6 but the sales experience with an Audi dealer in Scottsdale was incredibly disappointing. A limited model selection - all black - and bad service and poor financin experience with an Audi dealer in Scottsdale was incredibly disappointing. A visit on a whim to Infiniti on Camelback just to look an Infiniti turned into a great sales experience. 2 hours later I drove away in a new M37. Great selection and service!! An excellent 2.9% finance rate to top it off. More
I have owned 5 Infinity. I will go an extra mile and pay whatever it takes for the personal service. I deserve it. I am always met at my car with a welcome greeting. Casey had an amazing amount of patience while I went back and forth on new/used, sale/lease or which color. He was not trying to just sell me a car but to sell me a car I would be excited about. We did not feel a bit of pressure during the purchasing experience, just guidance about what would work best based upon what WE wanted. Can't wait to buy my next one! More

My salesman, Casey, was not only knowledgable, he was also honest and courteous. This guy actually cares about customer service. From the moment I arrived, the Infiniti On Camelback staff blew me away. Even the negotiation process, which is normally a headache, was pleasant. I felt that they were very straight forward. Rather than using the typical pressure sale that I've gotten from other dealers, Richard and Casey provided helpful information about the benefits of buying this car. The finance manager, Duane, was also extremely helpful. He explained all of the services he was selling in detail. When I stopped at Infiniti On Camelback, it was my 3rd dealership that day, at that point I was frustrated, hot, and had not intended to make a purchase. I strongly recommend making this place your first and last stop. Bill Brixy should be proud to have people like Casey and Richard working for him. I will never shop anywhere else. More

After visiting 3 other Infiniti dealers in the area, I felt most comfortable here. I think the reason as they treated me as a true person verses what i drove up in or what i was wearing at the time.
