My experience at Camelback Infiniti was very positive. I was given accurate quotes with little negotiating to get what I was looking for. Darren Dice was my salesperson and given that we had never met and t was given accurate quotes with little negotiating to get what I was looking for. Darren Dice was my salesperson and given that we had never met and the entire deal was handled over the phone with exception to signing paperwork I'd say I was given the benefit of the doubt with no buyer commitment obstacles. We reached an agreement quickly and I was happy with the outcome. I own a business so I have little time to spare shopping. This was taken into consideration and appreciated. Looking for a low mileage used car,we stated our terms and the salesman and General manager were extremely helpful. Having previously purchased a vehicle at ABC Nissan, I worked with Keith and he went above and beyond with the sale and answered all my questions. Where do I start? My experience with Infiniti on Camelback has been so horrible that I feel that it's my duty to help anyone else who might be considering doing business with this dealership. I have had so many issues with the used E35 that I purchased 3 months ago starting with: Purchase price/Rate: I was severely overcharged for this vehicle, not only that, but the rate that Dwayne secured for me was extremely high given my 700+ credit rating (I'm learning this now that I'm trying to sell my vehicle). Dwayne also falsely advertised the benefits of an extended warranty to get me to make the purchase, when I did I found that it did not cover what he told me it did. Anyways, he's no longer with the company.. however I believe these types of practices come from top management which brings me to my next issue Poor Customer Service In the two months that I initially owned my car I was in the dealership on several occasions for fixes.. so beware of their certified vehicles because the cars can and will have several issues (this is not like Toyota/BMW/Honda certified). This is when I found out that the warrenty that I purchased was worthless, and that Bill did not want to honor repair promises made to me by my sales person. Bill clearly is about the bottom line only. I called my original salesperson while in the office to resolve the repair situation and not only was he overly abrasive to me for wanting to call the salesperson, but he intimidated the sales person into denying the service that he originally promised to provide and create a really uncomfortable situation for everyone involved. In any case, my sales person was no longer working at the dealership a week later. Another issue while my car was in for one of the many repairs it was damaged. I talked to the service manager about the issue and she told me to bring the car back and she would have it repaired. Two days after I brought the car in I called to get the status of the repair and was told that the damage was my fault and that they would not repair my vehicle. So it seems like backing out of original promises is a trend if you have issues with your vehicle Not only that -- they are pretty cheap. The facility is newly upgraded and luxurious, but if you get a car to use when they have a repair make sure you put gas in the car before you drive more then 2 mi--since they leave the gas levels close to empty, and I have found that these cars usually are in need of repair as well. Take the positive reviews on this site with a grain of salt. This is not a dealership that you want to do business with. My guidance - go to Scottsdale and get something other than an Infiniti. More

The industry wonders why people have so many negative impressions and this dealer continued the trend. Would not recommend, does not return calls when things are not as they should be and are liars t impressions and this dealer continued the trend. The vehicle is great, the delivery process was quick and efficient. Dan went out of his way to make sure that the transaction was as smooth and painless as possible.
