Trust me when I say, I interacted with quite a few dealerships in researching which car to get this time around and Infiniti on Camelback earned every one of the fives on this rating. As a young, single woman, I was weary of having to buy a car on my own (despite the fact that I had, in fact, done so before). The common viewpoint is that car buying is an exhausting event to be dreaded, and a battle/power struggle that must be prepared for (all the more so when many dealerships see your demographic as an "easy target"). This couldn't be further from the truth at Infiniti on Camelback. Every single interaction I had with them was positive. The sales staff were helpful and knowledgable, but never pushy or combative. There were no games when it came time to negotiate. I sat down with Rich (sales manager), had a civil and honest conversation about the offer, and we came to an agreement that I felt good about. He patiently explained leasing to me, addressed concerns I had about anything and everything, and overall gave me a hassle free, transparent, negotiation. I couldn't have been happier with this process. I then went to finance to sign my paperwork. This is oftentimes battleground #2 as you get fast-talked into a number of unnecessary extras. Again, this was not the case with this dealership. Mason was extremely patient, asking at each step if I had any questions at all. He genuinely wanted to ensure I knew exactly what I was signing at each step in the process and was happy to explain things in clear, concise layman's terms as needed. As for the extras, he went through them with me thoroughly, explaining each and was never pushy when I questioned or declined options. And if you are looking for a reason to choose Infiniti on Camelback over any other valley Infiniti dealer, look no further than Lon Williams. Lon's sole job is to ensure that you have a great customer experience and no other dealership has a "Lon." He literally comes out to your house a week or so after you get the car, and goes over any and every feature you could possibly want to know about. He will convince you (as if you needed any convincing) that this is an amazing car, and that owning an Infiniti will be an amazing experience. And then he programs his phone number in, and says if there is anything you need... just call him. I'm happy to do business with them again, and happy to refer friends and family to do the same. More

I just purchased a new JX - the people at this dealership have been wonderful. I used the Costco program and got a very good deal, especially after getting credit for factory/dealer incentives. The sales folks were very friendly and worked hard to find the car we wanted (they had it shipped in from out of state), and to instruct us on the cars features, particulary how the high tech features work. A dealer representative even came to our house a couple of weeks after we purtchased our car to give us a review and further instructions. We were treated like a valued customer. The only negative issue I had was when the finance person put a bit of a hard sell on us to purchase an extended warranty and service agreement. I would have liked to have had some advance notice and an opportunity to consider the pros and cons of the various warranty/maintenance options before we were signing final paper work. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience and I have recommended Infiniti on Camelback to friends and fellow workers. More
First of all I am from Michigan, my wife and I were in Phoenix visiting her family on vacation. My mother in law needed to replace her current car. We did some advance searching and decided on a Toyota Ca Phoenix visiting her family on vacation. My mother in law needed to replace her current car. We did some advance searching and decided on a Toyota Camry. Of course there are lots of options for this particular car in Phoenix. We narrowed our top two selections to Infiniti on Camelback and a Toyota Dealership. I contacted Infiniti on Camelback and connected with Lon customer service rep, then he transferred me to Brent in sales. However Brent was with a client at the time so I connected with his manager Richard instead. I explained my objective of a simple, easy, no hassle purchase, and it was for my mother in law. Unfortunately we started at the Toyota Dealership because it was closer and they said they would make it a simple process. To say the least we were very disappointed with the Toyota Dealership and left quickly. I then contacted Infiniti on Camelback to let them know we were on our way there. When we arrived we were very pleased right away. Brent had pulled the Camry up front for us and greeted us promptly and professionally. While we checked out the Camry he brought us the CarFax to review. Then on to the test drive, we were immediately pleased with the quality of the car overall. We discussed our concerns with the foggy headlights, Brent said he would take care of them for us, that was the only issue we could find with the car. He put together a great deal for us and had the car detailed while we waited and signed the papers. We were able to trade in my mother in laws old car, finance the Camry at same rate as her Credit Union, and drive it home that night. Brent even stayed late so we could take it home. The next day we realized that the rear window tint was blurry, which we did not see it the night before. I contacted Brent and he set up an appointment with my mother in law and replaced the tint. This was greatly appreciated because In the car sales industry great after sales is hard to find. I would highly recommend them whether you are looking at Infiniti or another cars they may have. I wish I lived closer so I could send them a referral every chance I get. Of course my wife's family and friends will hear about this fantastic experience.
