Infiniti on Camelback made the car buying experience easy. Did not have to haggle much because the price was already low. We bought an Infiniti qx56 and absolutely love it. After we got the car home Lon Williams came to our house to explain all the features of the car including getting hooked up with infiniti connect. Everybody was extremely pleasant especially Richard and Lon. Would highly recommend Infiniti on Camelback to anyone. More
At my last visit to the dealership I mentioned that my vehicle phone book was not working correctly. Twice before the dealership set my phone book up from my cell phone but both times the listings disappe vehicle phone book was not working correctly. This time Shelby set me up with an appointment with Lon Williams who is a customer loyalty manager at the dealership. Like Shelby said Lon called and set up an appointment at my home. He arrived on time and was very professional. He proceeded to do the phone listing transfers correctly and explained the details to me so I would be able to do it myself in the future. He also gave me a tutorial on how to get the most use out of my car phone many other tips on the capabilities of the instrument panel in the car. Lon went out of his way to program my song listings in my radio and helped with several other features of my car. Sensing that there were other things I could use he set up an additional appointment for the future to help even more. I wis he was available when I first bought the car because I would have had much more delight in using my vehicle. I thank Shelby for referring Lon to me and especially Lon for his going the extra yard to help. More

Met with Lon Williams re after sales care and I have learned a lot of functionalities and technology features of the car. He's very friendly and easy to go along with and very helpful and have a very lo learned a lot of functionalities and technology features of the car. Having this kind of after care sales feature is really very helpful and I was able to learn more functionalities instead of reading through all the handbook included and then figure them out one by one. I'm looking forward for his next visit to learn additional item I may find. More
Lon Williams came to my home and show me how to use things on my car that I had not any knowledge of and this is my 4th Infiniti. I have been driving an Infiniti since 2008 and had been missing some o things on my car that I had not any knowledge of and this is my 4th Infiniti. I had already located the vehicle that fit my needs before contacting Infiniti on Camelback. It was among their online inventory of "pre-owned" vehicles for sale. I called to ask some questions about before contacting Infiniti on Camelback. It was among their online inventory of "pre-owned" vehicles for sale. I called to ask some questions about the vehicle, and spoke with the Salesperson, Thomas Torres. He checked the vehicle and emailed me some answers to my questions, as we had discussed. The next afternoon, I found time to visit the dealership, see the vehicle, and go for a test drive. Thomas was even more genuine & personable face-to-face. He was extremely patient with my sister and I throughout the test drive and well beyond! We asked a TON of tough questions, and he politely and consistently obtained the answers for us. It was really GREAT working with him! I arranged to bring my trade-in vehicle the next day, and pick up the new purchase at that time. The gentleman who assisted me with changing my license plate was VERY kind to go through a few details on guages and buttons in the vehicle. I am now still getting used to driving my Nissan Juke. My only disappointments in the entire process were no fault of anyone at the dealership, but the vehicle is a 2012 model, and I only received ONE car key!! This key has the buttons with the keyless entry feature. There should have been TWO of these keys with the vehicle!! I am not at all happy about that, because I wanted to keep one key with a fresh battery while using the other, so I don't run into a problem when the first battery goes out! My other disappointment, is that the initial owner of the vehicle must have been a smoker. I detect the lingering smoke smell EVERY time I'm in the Juke, and that is extremely annoying!! I have already tried tons of extra-strength Febreeze, plus driving on the freeway with the windows down; but so far, the smoke odor is still there. :( More
The best Infiniti dealership in town. I had my 2008 G coupe serviced there, Shelby and team in service always did a great job and due to him and the service I received I bought my second Infiniti from th coupe serviced there, Shelby and team in service always did a great job and due to him and the service I received I bought my second Infiniti from them, a new 2013 G37S coupe. I got great service from John and his team in sales, we organized a great deal and am super satisfied! Recently Lon extended the great customer service by coming out to show me some advanced features of the new Gride and wow was I impressed with the changes to the nav and voice commands. Lon did an excellent job and is certainly an expert. I highly recommend Infiniti on Camelback. They are honest, they do what they say they will do and I will be a lifelong cusomter for these reasons and many more. More

Lon Williams offered to show me around my car. The 2 1/2 hours I spent with him were very informative even tho I have driven an infiniti since 2008. I did not get this same guidance from the "other" Infini hours I spent with him were very informative even tho I have driven an infiniti since 2008. I did not get this same guidance from the "other" Infiniti dealership. Lon's services are a great asset to Camelback Infiniti. I am not only an Infiniti fan but a Camelback Infiniti fan as well!
