On the delivery of the SUV, was told so much information about the vehicle that it was really a surprise and a joy to be help to run the new SUV. The salesman Mark Metzar was great, friendly and helpful. Would deal with him again. They posted an Internet price and tried to charge me extra for the custom work on vehicle when I was up in their dealership. the explanation was that the same rules do not apply to prices quoted for INTERNET offers as would be binding had the price been offered through conventional add placement. Deceptive practice, and took a back and forth to get to a reasonable solution, and final purchase of vehicle. I like the vehicle sold to me, but would not buy another from them based on this particular policy. When a dealer puts a vehicle for sale whether in a newspaper, or on the internet, and pictures and description the price as advertised should be the maximum set in stone, and negotiations begin from there More

First, let me just say I love my vehicle. By far, the best car I've owned and also my first time leasing a vehicle. I had a decent experience with Infiniti on Camelback. Lon truly showed he had my best interests in mind and did everything he could to ensure a pleasant experience for me. if you go to this dealership, make sure you at least have an opportunity to work with Lon. From the minute I walked in, I felt comfortable; I felt treated with respect. Mark Metzar did not judge me on our first encounter as I simply strolled on the lot from the side walk. Even though I was dressed to not impress, Mark took it upon himself to befriend me and spend time with me even though he knew I was not there to buy. After speaking to Mark about future goals of impressing my wife one day with an outrageous gift, being her favorite car the G37 sedan. Mark explained "if terms work for me, would I consider". As I did not feel pressure, I felt comfortable enough to give it a chance. To make a semi-long story short, thanks to the diligence of management (Richard Sieck and whom ever else I did not meet behind the scenes) They where able to arrive a monthly payment I could afford. The smile on my wife's face on her birthday, August 25th, was worth the leap of faith and trust to the team at Camelback Infiniti. Thanks. More

And Lon Williams, who is the tech guy that will come to your house who will help you with all the new technologies. Lon was very patient with me (not computer savvy), we went over the things that I didn't know about from navigation to setting up infiniti connection on my phone. Lon was great! And of course, Mr David Gokool, the Finance Director, who helped me and my husband to make this possible.
