Interim service at last minute I called Shelby when I was 30 seconds from the dealership with no appointment. I was at first skeptical of how useful the technical support tutorial would be, but after spending a short amount of time with Lon Williams, it became very clear that this tutorial was immensely helpful. Lon was clear, concise, and very knowledgeable about the technology associated with Infinitis vehicles. He provided explanations as well as required us to demonstrate functions which proved to be very useful in retention of loads of information. Lon was also able to help us with a technical issue in one of our other vehicles (not Infiniti). The overall experience at the dealership was great. I've taken the car in once to get some customization completed and was out of there in 45 min. The dealship is clean with friendly and helpful staff. More

My Customer Loyalty Manager made a house call (what!?) to help explain all the car's features in detail. I've had 2 Sales Reps contact me to make sure I'm happy with my purchase and to ask if I need anything. The only thing they could have done differently was to get me the car at invoice!... but then, in fairness, they are entitled to make some money on their product. ;) More
