Coulter Infiniti about 8 miles away from my house offered us $8,000 incentive off the listed price but we didn't take it because we hear that Infiniti on Camelback is giving better deal. So we took a 21 miles trip down to Infiniti on Camelback to see we can get a better deal. Kurt Kasik the sale director offered us $8,900 incentive off the listed price but at the end when it come to final purchase contract; He took it off the list. First we never thought he would do that to customer since the deal was negotiated and written down on the paper. Secondly My wife and I were both tire due to long hours of waiting for finance officer prepare the final purchase contract; so we didn't check the number at the time we signed the contract. After a good shower and dinner we both sat down check the purchase contract out and found out the $8,900 incentive was not on the contract at all. My wife and I felt so betrayed and disappointed at Infiniti on Camelback why would they hired a sale director like Kurt Kasik; My wife and I could not sleep that night. My wife and I both took the next day of work went down and talk to Kurt Kasik about the incentive that he offered. Kurt Kasik totally denied that he never offer us that kind of incentive at all. But when we asked him to check the sale folder which included all the price negotiate copies; Kurt refused to let us see it. Kurt basically used the incentive to trick us bought the vehicle and didn't honor it at the end. A week later I took the car back in for details clean as Kurt asked us to do because they didn't have enough time to clean it up on the day we purchased the vehicle. I brought the vehicle in at 11:30AM and picked the at 5:15PM after got inform by the service department that the vehicle was detailed ready for pick up. At the time I opened the door the vehicle was filled with dusty smell; The inside still dirty with old dirty marks on chair, steeringwheel, door handle, and new black grease mark on the AC right hand side port. Well at this time I'm completely don't believe in Kurt Kasik any more; He is clearly a liar and a bad man who treated his customers like trash. I did discuss the issue with Lon Williams when he came to my house to show me how to use the Infiniti connections. He said he will investigate and see what he can do to help to solve the issue and turn the horrible experiences that we have been through around but so far I have not hear from him at all; it has been almost 2 weeks. Can he help us? It is a big question mark in my mind. If you can stay away from this dealership then stay away. Deal with other dealerships in town ensure you get a copy of every single negotiate paper on the price and carefully read the final purchase contract line by line. So you don't have to go through the horrible experiences that my wife and I have been through. Now we ended with this QX80 without any deal at all; 21 miles trip for nothing.. More

I have stayed away from writing bad reviews because I don't like hurting a business but this car dealership deserves it completely. Horrible dealership! BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!!! Called about an Infinity they were advertising and asked if it was available and for the price listed. They said yes. Get there and meet with Ryan. He was very professional and nice. That was the extent of any good business. Test drove the car and 1st.......... Check engine light is on. 2, the car had no gas. 3, the sunroof did not work and was open. 4, the side mirrors did not work. COME ON! How do you show a car that you advertise with all of these problems and not fix the Infinity at YOUR OWN Infinity dealership beforehand? I liked the car but said I would need the issues of the check engine, broken motor of the sunroof, and side mirrors to be fixed. They said no problem but when the paperwork came out for final numbers, they added $2900 to the car's price and said that was the new price for fixing the car. I was also approved with their preferred lender beforehand and given a rate before I walked in the dealership's door. They come back and said that the interest rate is .5% higher. WHAT, an hour and a half to find all of this! They said, that is the rate and the car is as is for the original price but for $2900, they could fix it. If I wanted as is, I would have bought off a private owner. I came to an Infinity Dealership to buy an inspected and fixed Infinity. What was I thinking? Infinity on Camelback, you wasted both of our time's. Got home and went on the internet. Found an Infinity at VW of Scottsdale. Called and asked if the car was available and for the price listed. Yes. Also, asked if the car had any issues. Jon, (my salesman) said that they inspect all the cars and fixed ALL issues BEFORE they list the car to sell. WHAT?!!!! Met with Jon. Again, Jon is an awesome salesman. Test drove the car. Jon showed me the entire car inspection. Bought the car $1400 cheaper than Infinity on Camelback and it was 3yrs newer AND WITH NOOOOOOOOOOO ISSUES AND GOT THE INTEREST RATE!!!! Infinity on Camelback, check with VW of Scottsdale on how to sell your Infinitys. SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
CUSTOMER MY TIME WITH LON, LEARING ALL ABOUT THE CAR WAS EXTREMLY HELPFUL. VERY KNOWLEDGABLE. EASY TO LEARN WHAT I DIDNT KNOW AND LON HAS SO MUCH PATIENCE I DI MY TIME WITH LON, LEARING ALL ABOUT THE CAR WAS EXTREMLY HELPFUL. VERY KNOWLEDGABLE. EASY TO LEARN WHAT I DIDNT KNOW AND LON HAS SO MUCH PATIENCE I DID NOT FEEL PRESURRED TO UNDERSTAND EVERY THING THE FIRST TIME. LON GAVE ME HIS PHONE NUMBER TO CALL HIM BEFORE WE EVEN MET. Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!! This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was so anxious going into this experience due to a pushy car salesman in the past. He was kind, informative and never made me feel uneasy. Polly in finance really went to bat for me to get the best deal possible. She was so fantastic! Everyone that I met that day was super helpful and nice. Kurt, the general manager, offered for me to come back to have the car re-detailed because it was raining the day I got it. They even filled the gas tank again for me. Lon came out a week later or so and showed my husband and I how to work the computer system of the car. He was super helpful and patient!!! He is also coming back in a few weeks to clear up any other questions we might have. This is definitely the dealership to get a car from. I love my new Q50!!!!!! More

Terrible setvice My husband and I were in the market for a 2015 Tahoe. While out of town we looked at this dealerships website and noticed they had one. We called and spoke with Shannon, the sales manager. A price was negotiated and we put a $500 deposit down to hold the Tahoe for a few days until we were back in town. We agreed to drive down from Northern Az today with payment in hand to pick it up. On our drive down, Shannon called to tell us they had sold it!! She apologized and said her manager sold it on Sunday and she was terribly sorry. My husband asked to speak to the manager and the coward would not get on the phone. Needless to say we will NEVER buy anything from this dealership. Also, they have not credited out deposit back! More

If I did complain about something it'd have to be about the fuel injection hose that's been recalled but hasn't been taken care of because of rust on the car. But if there was no recall the rust would be an issue I'd need to pay for. Other than that my visit for an oil change went very well. More
