These people told me my lender charged a $3000 fee to take my loan and they rolled it over into the cost of my car. I called my lender and they made it very clear that they don’t charge loan or originati take my loan and they rolled it over into the cost of my car. This isn’t my only issue with them so I’m filing a complaint with the Atty General and every other entity that they’re connected with. I’m not playing these games. Make sure you read those contracts because they have some unsavory practices. More
Thx for reaching out to get an understanding of my vehicle purchase and customer service. I work with the state of Arizona and transport children to therapy at times we wanted to pick up another vehi vehicle purchase and customer service. I work with the state of Arizona and transport children to therapy at times we wanted to pick up another vehicle that would be safe and reliable. Prior to purchasing the vehicle we trusted the sales person to be honest. I asked about various mechanical parts and the overall condition along with inquiring about oil leaks. We were told everything is good. I purchased the vehicle May 24th through my credit union and have not had the opportunity to drive it at all due to the motor mounts electrical taped up hoses and continued oil leak that was initially agreed to by Westin to repair. I took the vehicle to the Mercedes-Benz dealership arrowhead. They reported $11,000 worth of work that was needed for the vehicle and safety concerns. We were contacted by infinity after informing them of the safety concerns they agreed to repair the cracked radiator and the boat that was leaking oil I believe, hoping that this would solve the oil leak after picking the vehicle up. It was still leaking in two different places underneath the vehicle. We did meet with Westin and he did agree to repair the cracked radiator leak in the boot but not the motor mounts which are broken and causing the engine to lift up from the chassis 4 inches under acceleration, and when we initially met with the service manager, Nick he said nothing was wrong with the vehicle after showing him the vehicle inspection report from Mercedes-Benz arrowhead and Atwood European shop. When he was called into the meeting with Weston, general manager, myself and my advisor and Lan Nick immediately without hesitation, told Westin about the cracked radiator and boot. Which made me suspicious of what else was wrong with the vehicle. Prior to picking the vehicle up my advisor ask who the repair shop was and was told by Nick that he could not tell my advisor because my advisor might ask for a set of tires or something else to be completed on the vehicle without infinity authorization. This was an insult my advisor is a senior citizen like myself and is the athletic Director 13 schools and the graduate Grambling University. At this point we still don’t have access to the vehicle and truly feel that I have been taken advantage of. Although I asked Westin to reverse the transaction within a few days of purchase. I still feel the same way today dissatisfied and would greatly appreciate a refund/reversal of the transaction. After speaking with my relative, who was a car salesman, said that this vehicle should have never been available for sale with the amount of problems that have been revealed.
