He took me through the car review, test drive, price negotiation, paperwork and delivery processes efficiently and did not waste my time. The car I wanted was in the process of delivery and he kept me up to date regularly on its status. Lon Williams promptly made an appointment to come to my home and review my car features a week after I took delivery. I like this process, as it lets me get to know the car a little and then focus only on things I have questions about and cover the less apparent features. I worked with Lon 5 years ago with my last Infiniti purchase and it was great to have the continuity. Lon was also very efficient in covering the ground that needed to be covered. More

At first I had a little bit of buyers remorse because I didn't get the car with the features I want like the start engine feature but after driving the car for a couple weeks I started loving it. overall I recommend this place. He helped make sure he really keyed in everything I was looking for and he did that and more. After purchasing the vehicle Lon the client loyalty manager came out to make sure I knew all the functions of all the bells and whistles I had in my new car. The experience was great and I am very grateful for Lon educating me on many things I was unaware my Infiniti had to offer. I was definitely pleasantly surprised.
