Amazing experience with Infiniti Going in to browse the lot turned into a great car buying experience with these Luis, Trenton, Garrett and Lon. The moral and interaction between the agents was pleasureable to see. They were very personable and not over baring and worked with us to add peace of mind to our choice. Having Lon come out to our home to give us an in-depth tutorial and hands on assistance with our new QX50 was amazing and allowed us to fully utilize our vehicle to maximum capacity. We are positive we will get the full Infiniti experience with this tutorial rather paying for higher models and never using the features. Quick, Easy, and thorough! First off I’ve worked for a dealership and know what to expect in how the whole process goes. With that being said my hat goes off to these guys and miss Hannah at this location!!! I came in end of day around 3:30-4pm on the weekend I believe 6 was the closing time I had to be the only one there and not once did I feel rushed or pressured into giving credit or anything... matter of fact they let me test drive the car twice and Hannah was so nice and patient the whole time with me even though they knew I was going to leave to see another vehicle before making my final decision. Needless to say they went over and beyond to make sure they earned my business, I would recommend anyone looking for a new/used vehicle to go experience not only the feel of your next purchase but also the great customer service you get when your here at this location. (Cons): A/C needed antifreeze, SD card needed to still be configurated... (PROS-Result from Dealer): They drove a loaner car to me at my job, took my car and are going to have it ready for me to pick up all within a 24hr time span!!! Now that is what I call feeling like your in good hands! Good job Infinity Camelback and I’m not one to ever find it necessary to write a review but this place deserves some recognition. More
