Bad Customer Service On Aug 26, 2016 I learned that my 2007 Subaru Legacy had been moved from Suburban Imports of Troy Nissan to Suburban Imports of Troy Infinity. Where I meet with Bill Anger about the warranty on my vehicle and the service needing to be done. I was told the part would be in by the latest Monday and I would have my car back Tuesday. I called Bill Anger early Tuesday and left a voicemail and then another Wednesday morning. Then I tried to call the service department several times and got no answer but voicemails. So, I went into the dealership and meet with Mr. Anger whom only could give me half xxx answers to why he did not answer my calls. I feel like I could have been kept in the loop on what was or was not going on with my car. More
