Broken Promises, no communication Purchased an SUV from Julian. Looked at several, had to settle one the second of my choices due to a pricing snafu with the other. The SUV i picked Purchased an SUV from Julian. Looked at several, had to settle one the second of my choices due to a pricing snafu with the other. The SUV i picked had scratches and gouges in the side that he said they would buff out and the gouge i would have to repaint, but they would provide the special paint at no charge. I have emailed/called Julian for the past few MONTHS to get this resolved without luck. I should have bought the Jeep down the road but settled on the one i got. Big mistake. Will never buy a new car from suburban again nor would i recommend them to anyone i know. More

I was very surprised when I took delivery and there had been zero exterior prepping of the vehicle. I had been assured by the sales person that he had done a 'walk around' of the vehicle and there was no door dings and the vehicle was in very good condition. I assumed the 167 point CPO inspection included at least a cursory exterior conditioning. Big mistake on my part. There were 2 door dings, a 2 inch scrape on front bumper exposing the black plastic underneath, windshield wipers in need of replacement, small rust spots on both sides where paint had chipped off, and scratches underneath the door handles(I realize every used car on the planet has fingernail scratches under the door handle. What I don't understand is why the dealership did not care enough to take 10 minutes to buff out). Salesman agreed to pay to repair the door dings and send me touch up paint. I kept thinking that these are issues that should have been handled prior to delivery. Subsequent to the sale, the communication has been very poor. Several phone calls and emails went unanswered. On Friday 12/16 I was promised a return phone call before closing. There was no return call until the following Tuesday. Not a big deal, but do what you say you are going to do. I asked for a copy of the 167 inspection on the vehicle more than once and 4 weeks later still have not received. Also, still no touch paint. I am resigned to the fact I will be spending probably $200 on the exterior to professionally complete the work. It is exasperating to be unable to schedule the work without receipt of the paint. I expected better service from a luxury brand CPO like Infiniti. Maybe my expectations were too high. On the plus side, the car drives very well and I am enjoying the premium stereo. Update 1/6/2017, I received a notice in the mail to go to the post office to claim a package. The touch up paint had been mailed from the dealership without postage and without a return address. I paid the $6.80 postage due. Still no reimbursement for the dent repair. Overall, it has been a very frustrating buying experience. More
Credit ran, setup appointment, car gone Trying to pick my wife up a better vehicle. Settled into a used 2009 Toyota Venza (stock number: NP2957) with just shy of 70000 miles on it. Called Trying to pick my wife up a better vehicle. Settled into a used 2009 Toyota Venza (stock number: NP2957) with just shy of 70000 miles on it. Called up the dealership and spoke to Brett in used cars. Had him run my credit, and set up an appointment at 6:00pm today to purchase the vehicle. His used car manager, Tom, calls me three hours later and tells me he's in the process of selling the car I selected. His excuse was "first come, first served"... All I can think was, how incredibly rude this was, and how was I not first. Why setup an appointment? Why run my credit? His follow up to my questions were to offer a vehicle $2,600 more expensive. I seriously feel robbed... More

From the moment we arrived at Suburban Infinity of Troy to the time we drove off the lot, we were treated with respect and kindness. Even though we were late to our appointment and the dealership was closing for the night, our salesman (Oleg Kouton), sales manager (Tom Sicheneder), and business manager (Rick Szeptowski) were nothing but professional! My mom always told me to walk away if we didn't trust our car salesman, however that was not the case here. We absolutely loved Oleg, Rick and Tom! They were so personable and so trustworthy. I highly recommend them. We love our new truck just as much as we did when we got it a few weeks ago. And thanks to those 3 men my husband was able to get the truck of his dreams. So thank you again for taking the time to help a newlywed couple who showed up at closing time and made you late for dinner at home. We appreciate you! More
