Never buying or recommending purchasing ir serviceing a vehicle at tbis dealership. Not only did they damage my vehicle when I took it to have it serviced, they denied it. Both the service manager and the vehicle at tbis dealership. Not only did they damage my vehicle when I took it to have it serviced, they denied it. Both the service manager and the dealership manager refused to pull up camera footage to see that it did not have the damage when I drove up, I had to file a claim with my insurance after several failed attempts with both managers requesting a call back or investigation. When the vehicle inspection at the body shop was done, I also found out that there had been significant prior damage to the vehicle. When I purchased the vehicle months earlier, I was told ( while signing documents that the vehicle did have " minor previous but had been repaired damage ". By law they have to reveal this at time of purchased, part of full disclosure. However, the damage had NOT been minor as stated. Also, sinxe I had screenshot the original ad of the vehicle purchase, I went back to it and in fact the ad did not reveal that prior accident info. Other dealerships ads did state " prior accident". This one purposely did not. So after having learned this deceit, I completly take back my 5 star experience with the sales department review for this dealership too. I give both the sales, and service a negative star review. I will take my business elsewhere. More

I had paid for my two infinitis and was held captive from taking my Infiniti until I was pressured into signing a 3K extended warranty. It was a terrible experience I will always remember. Infiniti promised me my communication and navigation system would work in my QX60. It didn’t. They told me they would order a chip and install it. Then they said it would cost me a few thousand to install it. Then they said they couldn’t get the chip. This dealership’s leadership is unethical. I strongly recommend customers stay away from Infiniti of South Bay. More
