Bob, We looked into your situation and understand that you returned with a coupon some time AFTER service was performed. Every special service offer has a disclaimer that includes: "Cannot be combined with any other offers. Must present coupon at time of write up. Not valid for prior purchase. Void where prohibited" We did say that we would gladly honor the coupon on your next visit, even if it had expired. We thought that was fair, and are sorry you did not agree. Thank you for your response but I was disappointed with your answer. You know that as an Infiniti owner I regularly receive Infiniti' offers for various service discounts. The purpose of those offers is to have me bring my vehicle in for service which I have done. Honoring an old oil discount certificate at my next oil change when Infiniti will probably send me a new one makes me feel uncomfortable and that I am not a valued customer.
