This dealership is horrible. I repeatedly questioned why I was charged$250 just to look at my car, why none of that was applied to the work I had done and then was charged $500 i I repeatedly questioned why I was charged$250 just to look at my car, why none of that was applied to the work I had done and then was charged $500 in labor for 20 minutes of work. Worst dealership experience I’ve had. The staff was rude from the moment I walked in and acted like they had no clue about the special offers they were advertising. I was ignored most of The staff was rude from the moment I walked in and acted like they had no clue about the special offers they were advertising. I was ignored most of the time and even had to walk up and ask if I could pay because no one bothered to help me. The car wash was also terrible and nowhere close to the quality I get at the Glendale dealership. If this is how customers are treated I won’t be coming back. More
