Felt like a first time customer. Zero star rating. I have been coming here for service for over 10 years. Up until my recent visit, I always felt I was treated well. Service took too long. Communication was poor. I had to call next day to find out if car was ready. New owners do not honor long service discount card, and never communicated that fact. I will probably not return for service. I give the dealership a zero star rating. More

Quick and Easy I found a used car thru my credit union that this location had. The price was pretty much firm when I latched onto it, so, no real haggling needed to I found a used car thru my credit union that this location had. Terrible times It has been close to a month now since I bought a car from Infiniti of South Bay. I traded in my old car for this one and have yet to see a payoff che It has been close to a month now since I bought a car from Infiniti of South Bay. I traded in my old car for this one and have yet to see a payoff check in my bank due to the old one being financed. I am now coming up next month on paying off a car I don’t own anymore! Meanwhile paying for the lease on the Infiniti I bought from them. I have tried calling multiple times to get a hold of Steve the general sales manager or who I am told is a manager by the receptionist and keep leaving messages. He called me back once and said the check is in the mail and should be there by at the latest Tuesday. It is now Friday and still not at my bank. I tried calling Steve again and low and behold his receptionist said he is in a meeting but that I could leave a message. I am at my wits end here and just got off the phone with my bank. It seems like the only recourse I have at this point is the better business burea or legal action. So frustrated. I love the car but this experience has me writing a review that I wish I didn’t have to. I would go somewhere else! More

Organization/Coordination of things could have been better. These old sales tactics are antiquated and sophomoric. Just present the lowest and best price available for the vehicle the client is interested in and things would run much smoother. But these attempts to get these high prices of the client Isn’t right- just hurts relationships in the long run. More
