It is completely unacceptable that your tires were not rotated during your initial visit, and we deeply regret that you had to return to our dealership to have the tire rotation completed. This was a clear slip-up on our part and does not reflect the high standards of service and attention to detail we strive to provide to every customer. We have addressed this internally with our service team to ensure that such an oversight does not happen again.
