I like buying cars as much as having a tooth pulled.I went to Rally BMW and was told to look at the cars. After waiting 20 minutes at the front, the guy who greeted us asked us to sign in. I thought he w went to Rally BMW and was told to look at the cars. After waiting 20 minutes at the front, the guy who greeted us asked us to sign in. I thought he would be the one to assist us. Instead he tells my wife and I that it would be a while before a sales person could assist us. So we we're standing there for another 20 minutes. Now it was the weekend and I was in a tee shirt and jeans. Several couples entered after us and were greeted and asked to sign in. Then they were offered coffee and a seat in the waiting area. My 6 year old daughter turned to me and asked why I wasn't offered coffee. I was so angry that we left. We drove to Infiniti of Manhasset and as soon as we walked in Daniel Charles greeted us. They had pizza there for lunch and asked us to join them for lunch...A+++. He was very interested in what our needs were in an auto. He spent more time with us than I would have if I were a sales rep. We were interested in the QX60 fully loaded. His time, patients and lack of pressure were key in this deal. He broke down the numbers if we leased or bought. The numbers didn't change one cent at the closing of the purchase. I started to panic when we met the finance manager, but again, no pressure to anything. The next day we went to pick up the SUV. Daniel spent over two hours with my wife and I. He went over the car, every feature, synced our phones and took us on a ride to make sure everything was in order. My attitude on buying cars has changed. Now this spring we are going back to get a second car. My wife and daughter loved the Infiniti convertible. Get ready Danny!!! So sorry BMW. Your sales staff cost you $130,000 in sales. I know it's not much to your company, but it's money to me. Don't judge a book by it's cover. Danny didn't. More

He gave us a price and went through the packages we wanted and that was that. The car was ready when he said it would be and he went through all the features and asked if we had any questions and told us to please call him if we had any further questions which we did and he was so pleasant and eager to help us. We ordered something to be added to the inside of the car and he said it should be in within the week and that he would call us and he did. The service dept was also very nice to deal with. Also when we went over the finances with Derek, he was also so very nice and explained everything to us. It was all such a pleasure. Although the showroom was under construction, it was very clean and Jerry guided us all the way and it was very safe. We would be very happy to recommend your dealership and in particular to Jerry. We love the car and we thank you very much. I hope we will enjoy it for years to come. More

The service team is very friendly and pleasant always greeting me by name and going out of their way to accommodate any request I may have.I have called may times with questions regarding my new Q50 and Vinny always calls me back with the information I was looking for often taking the the time to walk me through the operation of certain controls or features. Paul is my service consultant. He always goes out of his way to help - from placing my registration sticker on my car to finding lost items between the seats, Paul always has a smile and always gets my car serviced quickly and efficiently. Since my time is in short supply I really appreciate the convenience of getting picked up and dropped off at my office while my car is being serviced whenever it fits my schedule. Having my car serviced at Infinity of Manhasset is an absolute pleasure. It's one of the reasons I bought my second Infinity there. More
