i saw a bmw 3 series convertible for sale on cars .com and called the dealership to inquire more. i had the privellage to talk with Kevin Bungert who from the start to answered my questions regarding my and called the dealership to inquire more. i had the privellage to talk with Kevin Bungert who from the start to answered my questions regarding my purchasing interest.he was very very polite and explained the process.I must say for a minute my wife and i was in disbelief of his explained process since we just had one of the worst experiences of trying to purchase a car from another dealer. we felt very relaxed and comfortable as the process unfolded just as he said.
