We began speaking about the issues I was having with my car and he informed me that the problems I am having now can be serviced and fixed but they were actually having a special this week, I'm assuming because it was the end of the month. He gave me his business card and later on that day my husband and I returned to the dealership. We were interested in a vehicle that was fuel efficient but gave us the same comfort as the car we had. He took us on a test drive with the q50 and I fell in love. The salesman (Rennoy) went into intricate details and the overall performance of the vehicle. We reasoned on a price point that was a lot less then I expected to pay and I also traded my car in. Rennoy has given me a spectacular experience and I will definitely recommend not only the dealership, but certainly him personally because it's been a while since I've felt like I wasn't being sold a dream.
