I wanted to change the lease term to 15K/year from the original quote of 10K/year the morning when I drove down to sign the contract (I put in a deposit of $1000 the night before), not a problem, numbers were recalculated immediately and contract reprinted, still the best price based on my homework. They deliver best service you can expect. Alex found an accessory of my car seat from my trade-in vehicle right before I was about to leave. He answered every one of my questions patiently, friendly and professionally. One minor glitch happened to my new QX60, he got it fixed and offered me a car wash. More
